John's Pass Village

Located in Madeira Beach, it is a great way to spend some time looking through shops,

have a meal at one of the restaurants, stop in for ice cream and look for dolphins playing from the boardwalk. Enjoy the pass! A great time to go is around 1PM or 5PM when the fishing boats come in, the pelicans are there waiting for them to arrive.

McGough Nature Park - A great place to go see when you need a break from the beach. Kids zip line, feed the turtles, observance deck overlooking the intercoastal, raptor birds and more. It's FREE, donations accepted.

Seabird Sanctuary - is the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States.  Check out the event calendar and live webcams online for more information.

Town Square Nature Park - a tiny oasis of mangroves and bird habitats with a boardwalk above the Intracoastal Waterway.  A great location for dolphin watching and a hot spot during the annual Christmas boat parades also.

DK Farms & Nursery - Pinellas County's Petting Zoo, 1750 Lake Avenue SE Largo.  Tortoise Exhibit, Koi Pond, Rabbits, Cows, Goats, Ponies, Ducks, Chickens, Donkey's and more!  Also Miniature Golf is available.
