HURRICANE HELENE & HURRICANE MILTON POST STORM UPDATES AS OF 10/15/2024:

Sea Club Community, 19725 Gulf Blvd, Indian Shores - As of October 12th, 2024 - all condos located at Sea Club, have power and water. The elevator is down in the tower, expected reopening on October 23rd.  Pool was undamaged during Helene, filter outage in between Helene and Milton and has since reopened for use.

The Intracoastal Community, 19727 Gulf Blvd, Indian Shores - as of October 15th, still closed for new rental bookings, as roof damage is being addressed. 

Holiday Villas III, 18610 Gulf Blvd, Indian Shores - the common areas are not cleaned yet, several trees are down on the front and backsides of the community. The pool has sand and is NOT Open!  Please book at your own risk.  The power is on, water is on.  Exterior renovations pre-Hurricane(s) continue - some balconies remained closed during exterior construction.
